Impounds & Tow Away Zone Enforcements
Please remember to call before you show up because you need to know what items to bring with you.
Access to the impound lot is by appointment only.
If you need to access your vehicle during weekends or holidays there will be additional fees.
1. CASH PAYMENT – CASH ONLY, or management approval for another form of payment. Call us for a total.
2. Picture ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, work/school picture ID).
3. Release from the police department. (Call the police department for release info.)
4. Court Immobilization Journal Entry. (If Applicable) If vehicle is subject to
Immobilization, The Arresting Court will supply you with a “Journal Entry” form stating
where the vehicle is to be stored. We will need to make a copy of this form.
The impound is by appointment only, and is open Monday – Friday 9 to 5.
You should always call ahead of time to see what the final total on the invoice is. Charges are based on the severity of the impound and storage fees that have accrued. Cash only, unless approved by management.
Personal property can ONLY be released to the vehicle’s registered owner. Owner must show photo ID and proof of ownership to obtain any personals left inside an impounded vehicle. Vehicle owners sign a Notarized Authorization of Release form document giving permission to another party to act on their behalf. We will keep original document for our records. No photocopy’s accepted.

Vehicle owners must complete a Notarized Authorization of Release form authorizing their insurance company to obtain a vehicle release. Proof of ownership must be presented by the insurance company or agent at the time of vehicle release. Salvage or towing companies must have a notarized letter of authorization to pick up a vehicle on behalf of an insurance company. Insurance agents, salvage or towing companies must show proof of employment from their employer to obtain a vehicle release.
Banks and Lienholders must complete a Hold Harmless Letter listing the company or authorized person who can obtain a vehicle release. Company agents, employees or authorized individuals must present a driver’s license and proof of employment from their employer to obtain a vehicle release.
